Pool and hot tub were shut down for the werk. I have to leave the hotel each morning during my stay at 5;45am so not able to paryake in breakfast. Would be great if some breakfast items were out by 5:30am. 2 days this week the coffee pots were not out for use early am.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Will definitely make this one my regular when staying in racine. The breakfast has so many options. All are very very good. They have lactose free options for people who are lactose intolerant. The general store in the lobby is a neat idea. Rooms were very clean. A little smaller than expected but we made do. The complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash are wonderful. Sometimes when you go to a hotel you get the cheap low quality soap but this was not the case. Very very nice. 2000% recommend. Staff are very friendly too, it's a slice of home away from home.

Front desk upon arrival was very helpful. Staff early morning for breakfast was not helpful. Room is worn down. Key card for room very tricky to get open. Pool was not open and we weren't made aware of that when booking. No housekeeping after first night to get garbage and give clean towels.

There was a ring around my bathtub that I cleaned before using. The staff was nice. The rooms had a stale smell which I bought air freshener to mask. There was a party on the same floor as us. The children ran the halls all night long. Even after me opening my door and asking them to stop. You could hear them screaming all night. Tyler was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great stay with bonus late breakfast 😊

Stay was great! The best part was the late breakfast on Sunday! A minor inconvenience was that the $40 that was held for incidentals took a very long time to be released. (2+weeks) it was a little odd… OTHERWISE, FANTASTIC STAY!
