The property by itself was clean, we stayed at the newly built cottages. There is ample eating options and a fantastic ice cream parlor. However they were extremely understaffed. Rooms do not have daily services unless asked for. You should make sure to ask for new towels, coffee and trash management to the ranch staff who go around in go carts daily, otherwise you get no service. The front desk never picks up the phone. We did stay during peak holiday season, so not sure if it was a factor.

The room was clean and comfortable but it would have been better if housekeeping came every other day. We stayed there for 5 nights and housekeeping never came. We had to request coffee, towels and trash disposal.

The property is beautiful, and the front desk was helpful. There are lots of restaurants within the property. We had booked a cottage with one king bed, which was a good size for two people; however, the spring mattress was uncomfortable. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the floors felt sticky. The walls are paper-thin, and we could hear a baby crying late at night. For almost $400 per night, the experience could have been better. However, it was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit within the national park.

The property was stunning and had fun activity options for our family. However, the food was poor quality and expensive. There are no other options nearby. This is the reason I didn’t give it five stars. We went into Pahrump and bought food to keep in our room. Beautiful scenery and comfortable rooms though.

Great location in the park and convenient. We only had one meal there - but there are great affordable options about an hour away. Only other negative, was we could hear the people in the room next to us and smell their food as they prepared it.
