I did not know that this place has so much history related to Western movies filmed nearby. Many famous celebrities stayed here - be sure to browse the photos in the lobby area.

The fact that this historic hotel has renewed purpose is fantastic. Rooms very clean, front desk very nice, jacuzzi is GREAT. View of snow covered peaks, great parking, can't say enough good things

Sadly just a staging post enroute to Yosemite. Wish we’d stayed an extra night and explored the Alabama Hills. The Western Movie museum was a must-see!

Great location. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. Freezing cold pool even though temperature had been 40 degrees in the day. Kids still swam and was refreshing.
