Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had to tell the towels guy about the pictures so they are aware."
