THE SPACE:
This entire space was recently renovated to perfection and is one of the nicest units in the entire complex! Some special features include an LED Vanity mirror in the bathroom, all new furniture throughout, and a designated sitting area for you to take advantage of the spectacular ocean views.

The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies.

The comfy and stylish queen beds offer bedside lighting and allow you wake to truly amazing water views every morning. With 2 Queen beds, this beach view studio sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably.

Need to get some work done while on vacay? Make use of the designated work space, equipped with a chair, desk lamp, and, of course, free high speed WiFi.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
As its name suggests, Oceanside Inn sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean and is just a short drive to tons of fun activities, popular bars and delicious beach-themed restaurants.

GETTING AROUND:
Yes, you are allowed to drive your car on the beach in Daytona! There are several vehicle access points along Atlantic Avenue the closest being about 1 mile away from the condo complex. The best way to get around town would be by car, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

LISTING NOTES:
- This property is not pet-friendly. Guests who bring a pet will be forced to leave with no refund.
- Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine. Please use designated smoking areas outdoors.
- Parking is $10/day per vehicle. Register at the front desk in the lobby.
- There is a poolside bar & cafe on-site! Cool Breeze Tiki Bar is open Thursday - Monday 11 AM until 7 PM.
- There is no balcony for this unit, there is however an ocean view visible from the windows in the unit.
- Our guests will receive a 4 digit smart access code to the condo for an easy, contactless checkin.
