I highly recommend this property. Beautiful condo unit with nice finishing, great views of the ocean and intercoastal and an awesome location.The condo is clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furnishings for when your are lounging around. I didnt need anything at any time that was not already provided. We spent a month so we were around the condo a lot. The building was clean, safe and had many amenities.. The pool was great, gym well equipped and had plenty of parking outdoors or in the garage. Check out the 20th floor entertainment room for an even more incredible view or visit the newly redone downstairs section with games and hot tub and sauna. The staff and residents were very nice and the maintenance man Dave even helped my wife carry a case of water up to the condo. It is conveniently located near Dunlawton Bridge for easy access to the mainland and close to Daytona Beach yet still in the quieter DB Shores section.The owner was easily contactable and made check in and check out seamless.I

This is the best condo that we have stayed at since we started coming down to Florida seven years ago. Our host was excellent as we just had a problem and she took care of it right away. The condo facing the beach and it was absolutely beautiful to sit out on the deck. We felt very safe staying there with the security they had with getting in to the condo.
