Honest review: Cons: We were arriving after hours to check in, and had to call multiple times to ensure we’d be let into our room. Once we were able to get checked in, we walked up to our room and there were no sheets on the bed, trash and dirty towels were left in the room. We immediately went back downstairs & called and the two workers were really sorry, but very sweet. At that point getting upset wasn’t going to help the situation so we helped get the beds ready. The workers came in the next morning & mopped the floor. I asked if we could upgrade our room, and they said possibly on Sat- but by that time we didn’t want to repack all of our stuff to move. The A/C unit isn’t great and very noisy. The condensation was all over the counter. The beds were comfy & the pillows were lumpy in all the right places. The fridge worked well & kept out items cold. The last night we stayed the owner asked us to not flush the toilet or shower because a pipe was being worked on. I was glad I just got out of the shower!! The parking situation is weird. Cars are parked doubled up, so you may get blocked in. Pros- the location is wonderful! It’s right next to beach access where people can drive their vehicles right on the beach. The pool looked decent- never got in. The chairs outside were worn. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street with great food! We enjoyed our stay for the most part. If it were in the summer the room A/C wouldn’t have kept up.

Check in was very quick. The room and overall look of the building is very very outdated. Room is dark, light fixture broken, tiny tv, terrible WiFi, limited parking…BUT THE VIEW!! Helps you overlook all that!! Direct walk out access to the beach/ocean. Nice outdoor space.

we booked 3 nights to go to the roar before first 2 nights we were awoken at 0230 in the morning by loud noises knocking on adjoining rooms. I believe there are people renting long-term at this motel. We picked it for the easy access to beach with our bikes. I would not recommend this motel we left after 2 nights parking is terrible they double park guest we had to go to the office to leave at 8 in the morning as we were unable to leave due to a vehicle parked behind us.

That said, there were a few things that could be improved. Some amenities felt limited, and a few small details—like noise or minor maintenance issues—kept it from being a truly great experience. Nothing was terrible, but it also wasn’t quite exceptional. Overall, Hotel is a solid choice for a short stay or a budget-friendly trip. With a few upgrades and extra attention to detail, it could easily become a higher-rated spot.

It is an older complex. But is in a great location right on the beach. We were treated very well. Parking is tight but that is not the hotel's fault. It is a lack of proper city planning, or even a strategy to try to eliminate the property. Regardless, it is clean, well-maintained for the most part and perfect for a good nights rest in a very well-protected area. The greatest benefit for us was the price. It freed up our budget for the things we wanted to do for extra entertainment and outings. It is not modern, but very acceptable. Contrary to reviews, it is not roach infested. It is Florida. If you don't see a roach, it is like going to the Lakes and rivers and not seeing an Alligator or a Manatee. We had a great stay and will stay here again should we return.

The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold the water in. The door didn’t feel secure. We got blocked in by other cars that didn’t have a piece of paper. The bed was weird with the handles
