This is a 3/2 Deluxe Timeshare unit - 1550 Sq ft.
Large family area with kitchen and dining area - open floor plan and flanked by a bedroom on each side of the unit to provide more privacy
Master bedroom will have a king bed and private bath suite.
2nd bedroom has king bed
3rd bedroom has 2 full beds
Sleeper sofa in the living room
Washer - Dryer in unit
These units are assigned on arrival - we dont know the tower or floor or view.
These units are priced well below the our assigned oceanfront rooms.

Pictures shown represent a 3 bedroom deluxe that we had recently reserved - this will not be the same unit you are assigned. However, floor plan will be identical and rooms will be decorated in a similar fashion.


Rental Requirements ::
I will need a guest name for your reservation, we will have the name on the confirmation.
If you need to change this name for any reason - you will incur a $99 fee. Please put some thought into guest name to avoid problems.
Guest must be 21 to check in at this resort.
You will need a major credit card for a $150 security deposit.

Full payment due on booking - No refunds.

These units have bed linens - towels - kitchen linen - pots -pans-all eating and cooking utensils- glassware - plates. Small appliances in kitchen include coffee maker - blender - toaster.
