We checked in and were instructed to use a door in the "Back". That door didn't work and another person staying there let us in. We have to step over a lot of M&M candy that was all over the floor. We were also told by them that this door never works and that the door in the very back is always open, unsecure. Our room key didn't work, went back up to the desk, they rekeyed it, still didn't work. Another person staying there came out of their room and said they have this trouble all the time and their room is currently flooded. I went back up to the desk and cancelled the reservation and didn't stay there. We have stayed there numerous times and every time it gets a little worse. We will not be going back there.

Overall good stay. Plenty of parking, I liked that there was no noise as i was there to rest for a few days. Clean. Ice machine works and breakfast was good. Though it did stink like "weed" in the hall way. (that's why the 4stars)

We had a great stay at the Best western international speedway hotel . The rooms are clean. . Location was perfect for us. The front desk staff were super freindly and helpful!! Semra Idrizovic was one of the best and really made us feel welcome!! Thanks Semra for being friendly and profesional

The hallways smell of mildew. We got in around 12:30am, really tired. Didn’t want to look for a new location. Front desk clerk had a bit of an attitude but did advise to try not to park in the back because folks break into cars. Shower did not work, supposedly you had to pull hard and turn hard. Did not even try the breakfast, why should we if the rest of the place is dirty, so imagine the kitchen. People were having mini parties on the balcony as well all the way until 2am. Wouldn’t stay if you have kids even if it’s to save some money. I just stood here 1 night, as a pit stop before getting to Disney.

We stayed in the hotel just one night. We rate the hotel “good”, but it has a potential to be better. Our room was huge, but two missing chairs were delivered only after our request. BW Breakfast is very good. The hotel is outdated. Rooms, front entrance should be renovated.

Front desk guy was rude at check in my bathroom still had dirty linen in it and hairs all over the shower. my bathroom door got stuck and no one would answer the phone at the front desk my friend had to physically go down stairs to get some one to come up. The next day I was told I couldn’t get any fresh towels till after 1:00pm at 2:00pm when no fresh towels had come I went to ask again and was rudely told “I told you I would bring them to you”

Breakfast ran out and not many choices. The room had bugs. The shower did mot work properly. The toliet seat was loose. The bathroom door would not stay open-kept hitting you in the back when at sink. The window was filthy. The elevator stunk like grease and shook on stopping. I would not stay there again. It did not live up to the Best Western name.
