It is a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature where you will see sporadically bears. The house is five min away from the Daytona International Speedway and twenty min away from the beach. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the huge backyard while watching your kids playing around. Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. It is completely private. Please make yourself at home We will send you the door code at your arrival day and we will be assisting you in anything you may need during your stay. Only issues were no wash clothes are provided and it does not mention the home is on well/septic water, therefore the water has a smell. Outside of that the home was as advertise.
