To start off the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Blood splatter on walls in bedroom and poop on the walls in the bathroom. Toliet was clogged so myself and ny husband had to go out and buy a plunger (ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE) because the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it. We asked for extra pillows and were told "NO". Asked for utensils and again, NO. I would rather sleep on the street then in that hotel. The staff, rude and LAZY!! DON'T have a hotel if u can't give people the service and quality we pay for. I'm sure this review is pointless and nothing will get done about it but if i can stop 1 person from staying here then thats 1 person less that would experience the disgust my husband and I did for our 22nd wedding anniversary. WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY!!

We found a cockroach, the sheets had hair on them . The room had an Ugly smell, and the bathroom door didn’t lock it even had a hole in it someone punch the door. Bad room aspect and cleanliness. We know it’s an extended stay not a hilton but at least a clean room for what you’re paying would be nice.

Team members make the stay
What a joy to meet such happy team members. We were checked in by the friendliest woman and I am sorry to say I don’t remember her name. Maybe Latrice? Checked in on 1/25 around 8 pm right before the family from Brazil. The room is well appointed in the kitchenette and very clean. It just needs updating and remodeling to bring it to today’s standards but that does not hinder its functionality. We had an issue with the shower and tv( our user error) and the maintenance manager( new in December ) came right up and fixed the leak in the shower and showed us how to use the remote . He was as nice as can be and so pleasant and helpful. He even wished us a great day when we encountered him outside on our way to the Rolex 24.So wonderful!!! They can’t help that former guests smoked and no matter what you can’t get that smell out. Shameful how guests treat a property that is not theirs. Wood spring should know how happy their team is and how they make the stay at a place that needs more corporate support to renovate.

Spider in my room. Air conditioning broke on my last night and was extremely loud. Floors were disgusting. Could tell the room wasnt cleaned due to residue on walls and fixtures. Super loud hallways, can hear everything. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was rough.
