Shower had mold all over the wall & floor. We checked in after a long drive at 11:15pm with 2 small dogs (listed on the reservation) & left at 5:30am. The guy at check-in said nothing about the dogs, after checking out I got an emailed invoice for $103.00 for “pet cleaning fee” I called the hotel and asked why this happened & how come there was no mention of a charge before, at checkin or check out. I was told it’s because the room was booked on a 3rd party site. If I booked direct I would have known Do you think a hotel starting out with mold in the shower actually does a deep clean? Unlikely

Very clean and comfortable. Dresser drawers would not stay closed, kept sliding open and getting in the way. Luggage carts were old and rails were not attached to base and would almost fall off and over if not careful. Breakfast food was barely acceptable and very institutionalized tasting. Very nice and comfortable seats for even a large group.
