We’re excited to host you. To help every guest enjoy a positive experience while respecting our neighbors and the integrity of the community, we ask that you carefully review and follow the house rules below.
House Rules – Florence
Keep outside furniture outside and inside furniture inside.
No smoking inside the property — $500 fee if any smoke or smoke odor is detected.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
No guests over the stated amount on the reservation without prior approval.
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total, including children and infants.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or evidence of smoking/vaping, parties, or unauthorized guests will result in additional charges.
Parking – Florence
Park only where indicated in the listing/house manual.
Do not block neighboring driveways or mailboxes; follow any HOA or city rules.
Pet Policy – Florence
Up to 2 house‑trained dogs (you can add size limits if desired).
Pets must be included on the reservation and crated if left alone.
No pets on furniture or beds.
Clean up all pet waste indoors and outdoors; additional cleaning will be billed if needed.
Optional: $100 non‑refundable pet fee per stay.
Any pet‑related damage or odors will be billed to the guest.
Check‑In / Check‑Out – Florence
Standard check‑in time is 4:00 PM or later.
Standard check‑out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check‑in may be possible only if the property is ready and our cleaning schedule allows it, and must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before arrival.
Same‑day or last‑minute early check‑in requests are generally not possible and will usually be declined.
Late checkout may be possible only with prior written approval at least 24 hours before departure.
Any late checkout request made within 24 hours of check‑out will be denied due to cleaning and scheduling.
Remaining past 11:15 AM without written approval will incur a late checkout fee of $50 per hour (or partial hour).
Remaining past 1:00 PM without approval may be treated as an extra night and charged at 2× the average nightly rate plus any operational costs.
