"Great hotel, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff"

"The room iteslf was clean, as was the bathroom. However there was hair & other small debris in the drawers in the room. A small fridge would have been helpful as the room was hot. Breakfast was good, we’d no other meals there. We paid for a late checkout yet our key cards stopped working 30 mins before checkout, which meant I was locked out at street level, my key card no longer operated the lift so had to climb 7 floors back to my room. I also do not like that the hotel does not accept cash. All in all good value and breakfast and clean enough."

"The only issue I had was with the spa they charged me and then when I went to redeem my services they said that I was unable to beto accommodate because of an illness and would not refund my money so I would recommend that you do not pay until your services are completed just for your safety"
