"Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our drink order at bar asked waitress and said that they will get around to it..We left..... similar attitudes throughout resort. Front desk staff was miserable, didn't acknowledge you when approached and they rolled their eyes and looked at you as though you were an inconvenience. Outstanding service was received by Elsa, front desk when checking out, Dominique, waitstaff at breakfast, Dave, shuttle driver. Would not return and would advise others the same."

"We loved the house and the seclusion of the setting. The beach may not be the best swimming spot but it is private and beautiful. We saw Leatherback turtles, horses, hummingbirds, and more. Gail was easily accessible and very accommodating. We can't wait to go back!"

Theor hospitality from the moment we arrived and Roy came to the airport to guide us back to their property. To Roy cooking conch stew and bring us a huge bowl. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place that is minutes from beautiful beaches and so many other activities. This is the place. Thank you Roy and Bonnie, we will be back."
