Was not able to choose my seat. I thought when booking I could choose 7 days prior. But when I tried to do that there was an additional fee. Silly. Especially after flying over 2.5 million miles on American
I had a great experience!
They had no problem solving connection problems down stream great job
Staff in the terminal made wheelchair transferring smooth and where courteous and patient.
Staff exceptional on this flight
Person sitting next to me was obese any made part of my flight uncomfortable. I didn’t want to say something to make her feel uncomfortable so I bore the brunt of the discomfort
Very disappointed that flights from BOS-SJU-STX are not continuing the SJU-STX portion of the route. Also the booking to and from St.Croix I would think that JetBlue would have companion airlines again for the SJU-STX segments but I cannot book this why? I would think you would have agreements with Cape Air or Seaborne. There are a vast number of people from Massachusetts that fly this route. My husband and I fly it 3-4 times a year. Seaborne has added additional flights, I’m guessing to accommodate this change JetBlue has made. I know of several people who have not booked on JetBlue recently because they cannot book online this route to Stx. American has the route with companion airlines Cape Air and Seaborne. The would think with the refinery on St. Croix coming online the end of this year or beginning of 2020 that this will also increase travel to STX. I have even called in and the reservation person could not book also to STX. I try to fly JetBlue because of all the support it has shown after the hurricanes in the Caribbean. Though if I have to book segments separately and claim luggage and recheck, this is going to affect who I fly with. I am brooking another ticket 2 weeks from now. I really would like to book all the way through to STX on JetBlue. Is it that this segment is not profitable for JetBlue? Or has fees or a disagreement with the port authority caused this change? There are many people who do not fly on small planes, I hope this decision reverses! I would appreciate a response from JetBlue.
Baggage cost too much
People were nice and the flight was fast and uneventful.
It’s the only only flight. Small and efficient.
