In beautiful downtown Glens Falls. Surrounded by independent shops and restaurants. Pool was warm, clean and bigger than most. Hot tub was excellent. Hotel breakfast was delicious (not included). Staff all very friendly.

I love the Queensbury hotel but this stay was awful. The staff are mostly amazing but failed me this time. My room was situated next to a couple with two children and a dog. The parents were constantly yelling and cursing at the kid, the kids were screaming in the corridors and banging on the door. The poor dog was left alone, barking and crying and scratching all day long. Despite my complaints nothing was done about it. Also I was given a $20 booking credit that could be used at the hotel, but I was only informed of this upon checking out and was unable to use it as I was leaving. I have always stayed at this hotel but i am currently seeking alternate accommodation for future trips.

AN EXPENSIVE PET FEE

Have stayed many times (mostly while doing a home search). Big attraction was that hotel was dog friendly. The charge for your dog is now $75 PER NIGHT. This was almost as much as the room charge and apparently has increased since our last visit.

Excellent hotel with amazing service! The pub in the lobby served great food and drinks, and the rooms were very comfortable, especially that king bed. If I were to come back up, I would have this place in mind for sure.
