"Aillin was an amazing bar tender. So sweet and helpful. A couple bar tenders by the pool seemed less than thrilled to refill drinks. The bar we enjoyed the most was the ocean bar. Most were very helpful. The breakfast was cold even if we got there before 8. The lunch at the pool was always picked over by birds and the staff doesn’t do enough to keep them away or off the food. The birds were also on the breakfast items when it was outside. I don’t think the heating elements were working to keep the food items at a safe temperature. Overall, we will come again! We have been there 3 times already. Love the snorkeling! "

The entertainment was truly outstanding, led by an energetic and engaging team. A special shoutout to Diego (our personal favorite) whose charisma, energy, and friendliness made our experience even more fun and memorable! The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious, with excellent service at every bar and restaurant. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We absolutely loved our time at Allegro Cozumel and can't wait to return! "
