The property was dirty and smelled bad. It’s in an unsafe area. Our door to our hotel room didn’t even lock and we had to be transferred to a new room once it was determine that Maintenance could not fix the lock. At all hours of the night (a Sunday…) there was loud doors banging shut. Felt very unsafe, slept with one eye open and terribly.

Bring your own TP

Great location and super comfortable bedding. Hotel was under some renovating but it was no issue. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are gong to a Bengals game. Would have had 5 stars for comfort but I highly encourage anyone staying here to bring their own toilet paper. They have that John Wayne toilet paper that is rough, tough and doesn't take crap from anybody. More or less just smears it around.

We always stay at the Radisson Covington KY when we attend Bengals games. Staff was very friendly...i just wish they had courtesy coffee in the lobby like they used to.

Customer Service Lacking

Everything was great with the hotel itself and we stay here twice a year and will continue to do so. My complaint is that I went to check-in at 3:10p and was rudely told by the desk clerk that check-in wasn't until 4p. Imagine my surprise when I was checking out at 10:40a and two different guests were already being checked in.

We had requested a handicapped room. They told us it was handicapped. The toilet was less than 10" off the ground!! They had some handles around it but they were not accessible! While seated in the toilet, the bars were behind your arms, they did not help at all! How could they say this was a handicapped room? We were very disappointed with this!
