"This was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had with a hotel. When we checked in and went to the room it was not cleaned. No sheets on the bed, smelled like wet dog, what we think was pee on the floor, pillows were dirty, staining on bed etc. We called down to the front and due to lack of options (we were told we could get a refund if we didn’t want to stay), we stayed and they “cleaned” the room for us. I still went and bought a new pillow and blanket bc when my dad asked for new pillows bc they were dirty we were told they could “See what we have floating around”. They also said we could talk to the manager the next morning for a discount and that they leave at 4. We called the next day, to get a refund for the night we weren’t staying, bc we had found another place to stay, and they told me I had to call by 4 and the manager had already left. It was 3:42p.
My dad found bugs, roaches and silver fish in the bathroom when he was staying overnight the first night, and bc I just couldn’t have him stay one more night in that filthy place, we left.
I will be reporting this hotel to Travelocity, corporate, and wherever else. I never got a refund for the night we didn’t stay, or even anyone to acknowledge how just gross and messed up this situation was. There was only one employee that admitted she wouldn’t stay in a room with bugs either.
We have plenty of pictures. I’m so disappointed. "
