The location is great and the unit is nicely equipped. Water views from most windows are a plus. If the air conditioning worked better I would rate 5 stars, but the 2 upper levels were very uncomfortable in the hottest time of the year. Couldn’t stay again due to the AC, but great area and nice unit overall.

Great Place to Stay!

House was very clean when we arrived and worked great for our long weekend of fishing. Kitchen dishes and utensiles were minimal but it had most of what we needed, and no clothes washer/dryer, but for the price, I'm not going to complain. Unit has a dedicated boat slip and fish cleaning station right outside the door if you're bringing your own boat. Can't beat the location or the price. Would stay here again for sure.

Padre Island Gem

Townhouse was a perfect fit as it has a dock from which we could kayak. Being on the intracoastal made for less winds than beachside. Multi level decks are shaded by large trees making it a perfect place to watch the sunset.

Walking out the back door straight to the personal doc to fish was really nice. The kitchen is pretty stocked, though we did have to buy our own scrub pad to wash dishes. The third party company running this place took twenty minutes to respond to help me get inside of the unit when I arrived, which was less than stellar, unfortunately.

EASTER STAY

Property is tired. Needs extensive refurbishment & decoration. Impression would have been better if the property had been better cleaned especially the patio area which is very poorly maintained. Beds whilst clean require new mattresses and repair as sinking at the middle. All in all poor value for rental fee. In fact we left a day early!

Rotten deck… unsafe

The cleaning crew consisted of a mother and child which were not friendly. The back deck was covered in bird poop and leaves. The deck had a lot of rotten boards. I sat in a deck chair and the leg of the chair fell through the rotten deck board ejecting me out of the chair. The price is ridiculously high for all of the safety issues at this property. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Southern get away

We continued our “get out of winter” trip at Puenta Vista. Great location- nice neighborhood, close to the Padre National Seashore, Port A, good restaurants and Corpus Christi. Beautiful sunsets and nice view off the back deck. Nice pool area with laundry. Kitchen is nicely updated, good sized rooms and clean. For longer stays we could use a dresser to put away clothes instead of living out of our suitcases and some cleaning utensils ( broom and dust pan, toilet brush). We needed a couple of items in the kitchen and the management person brought what we needed within 24 hrs. The inside was very comfortable. The outside needs some TLC. Deck is deteriorating, green mildew on the outside of the sliders, outside chairs are thread bare (we didn’t dare use them). The Adirondack high top chairs are nice and perfect height for the railing. Great place for fishing or kayaking. Overall it’s a good place.

Great Vacation Location

The place was as pretty as pictured online. Right on the bay with a good side deck and a private dock for fishing right at your back door. My husband and son were able to enjoying fishing every day and we still had time to go out and see the island and enjoy other things. We loved the house and will definitely be back again.

Weekend getaway!

Perfect spot to just relax on the water. Ample space for our family, quick drive to the beach and Port A. Fishing was ok, neighbor caught a nice flounder, we didn't catch much but perfect spot to fish.

We spent 2 nights here for my husbands birthday! Our best friends are married to each other so this was such a fun couples stay! We will definitely be back with our kiddos! The fishing right off the back deck was amazing! The house was very clean and the beds were comfy!!

Great location in Corpus

Comfortable beds and plenty of space. We were able to fish off the private deck. Lots of patio space. The inside of the condo was super clean. No TVs in the bedrooms but wifi worked out for our grandkids. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was super accommodating.
