The property was great, quiet, no problem always next to the pool what ever room you're in. The beach view was perfect and walking distance, just a few steps and you're in the water. The staff was very nice and always helpful the house keeping was always there day and night, no problem, and it was a perfect place because no house keeping was talkative like here, very friendly and helpful...this is not the first time Ive been there, this is where I stay when I visit Corpus Christi..

I was honestly a little hesitant to book after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t let them change my mind. Our vacation was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Johnny and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The hospitality we received made all the difference, and it’s clear they work hard to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. We had a wonderful time, made great memories, and would definitely stay here again. Don’t let a few bad reviews keep you from giving this place a chance—we’re so happy we did!

Unobsructed view and access to beach. Clean, comfortable bed. Not the cleanest otherwise and needed major repairs, BUT YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

I was expecting a bit run down… we could handle that just think of camping on the beach. An adventure… but then… everything was cheap and ratty… the AC was blowing but only cooled a small section of the room! Owner came and said he’d get a fan but never came back. While the kids & I waited, I noticed white spots in the bedding and pubic hair in the sheets!! The beach itself was muddy and littered. The pool was small. There was absolutely nothing worthy of even a penny. We left, forfeited the money I spent. Took the loss Bc it was THAT GROSS! Completely unsuited for children for sure.

The hotel was very, very bad. Very unclean. There are outside tile steps up to office. Many were loose and falling apart. You should not even have this hotel on your list. I have never seen anything like this.

It was quiet and we love it is so close to the beach. It was clean, but beds are a little hard. You have to bring your own pots to cook. In general, we had a good experience with our kids.

The room was clean But the coffee pot had grounds and mold , still had coffee in the pot. The mini fridge has milk in it and was filthy. Downstairs looked like it was falling apart, had areas taped off. The swimming pool has no railings for getting in or out. The ladder the had did not have any steps to get out I will not be returning
