The unit was spotless and charming, with a kitchen that was fairly well equipped - though it only had one cutting board. We received the check-in details just one hour before the advertised check-in time. Overall, it was a lovely stay. One note of concern: The check-out link was sent more than 12 hours before our scheduled departure. At around 9 am, we did a final walkthrough to ensure we hadn't left anything behind. After closing the door and getting in the car, but before I clicked the Check-Out link I was sent, we were approached by the cleaning crew, asking if we were finished and leaving. It felt premature and a bit unprofessional, but we confirmed that we were done. When I clicked the check-out link, the message read, "You have already checked out," which we hadn't. The timing of that message, combined with the cleaners approaching us before we'd officially checked out, struck me as odd and unsettling.
