Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff and property was great. Only thing I suggest is someone scrapping the sand off the steps leading to the beach. They have alot of wet sand and kind of scary climbing up and down, being that I am in my seventies. We have been staying at Gulfstream for many years and we always find it so relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time but the condos have gone up in price so much that this will probably be our last stay during peak season. There was a shortage of bath towels in the rooms and no pool towels for the first day. Staff told us they just didn’t have enough available at the time but we could go to the office and get some on our second day. Condo was nice. For a place that has a no pets rule I saw quite a variety of dogs back and forth in the property. Perhaps owners are allowed to have their dogs there? Overall it has become very pricey considering the age of the property. Staff was courteous and helpful.
