Since there are so few of them, I will start out with the cons:
The TV in my room was broken, I wouldn't really necessarily pose this as a con for myself as I don't always use the TV but this is something to note. I did not tell the front desk staff as I was under the weather and did not want anyone coming into my room for risk of contamination.
The room smelled a bit damp / musty initially. I think it's the AC filter? Unsure, but when I first arrived I just opened the door with the ceiling fan on high and the AC blowing and the smell dissipated.
The hot tub wasn't super hot, it was more like very warm.
The sound proofing is non existent in this hotel, so if this bothers you perhaps look else where. I was all the day down the hall and could always hear when people were coming up the elevator.
Everything else was good, I would stay here again -- especially for the price. The hotel is extremely clean, even the pool and hot tub, which I was shocked. The indoor pool is a very good temperature, it's clearly well-maintained. Breakfast is nothing special, it did the job. Everything was spotless, the front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating and very sweet. The beds are comfortable, all the outlets in the room work, the bath water gets scalding which I enjoyed.
