Nice place!

The room was roomy and clean. We weren't there long, in Conroe for a wedding. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was so dirty; carpet/ floor bedspread I asked to changed room and was accomodated. The room I was switched to was a little cleaner. no bed or towel service, had to go find housekeeping to get fresh towels. The breakfast was mediacore at best.

One shower door was missing. We didn't noti e it til we were unloaded and unpacked. Made the hotel aware. They offered to move us. But we declined. Just requested more towels. Everything else was good. Will come back. Until next time!

We stayed here after our daughters wedding so we were tired! Didn't do a detailed inspection but you could tell this was a "well used" hotel. The carpet in the room was not clean, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty, the toilet wouldn't stop running, we were put in a handicap room so the shower water drained to the middle of the bathroom. We slept in and did not get up in time for breakfast but the coffee on the way out of the door was good. Our saving grace was the "Eggs Up Grill" just down the street. They get a 5 star rating!

Checked in at 7:45pm and there was no room available and staff didn’t care. He then said he could give us a king and pullout couch and while it wasn’t ideal for us we said ok. He went to change the reservation and said that room was now gone and didn’t care. Told us to contact Expedia for refund. Then he decided to physically check a room to see if it was clean which it was. No apology for confusion. Get up to the room and it was underwhelming and refrigerator didn’t work. Also not ideal since we were traveling for sports. The pool was disgusting and cloudy and had to go ask for towels at the desk. Never again will we stay there.

The room was advertised as 2 queen beds, but they were full size. All of the containers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were empty so its a good thing i always bring my own.
