The clerk was very nice, but the first room we were assigned was occupied! The upgraded room was very nice, but upon returning a couple hours later, the keys wouldn't work. Another trip to the front desk and one key worked. The place seems disorganized...

bed hard and causes me and my wife soreness the rooms dated walls dirty edges of shower not caulked thoroughly and wallpaper peeling by shower toilet runs all the time and the carpet filthy so paying $526 for four nights was not acceptable will never stay in a hampton inn again best western plus beats you in price and quality prove me wrong? give me some money back? your cell joe wilkins

The place is very outdated. The carpet in the rooms are gross. The furnishing are old, chipped and dark. It was ok but not worth the price. The room was clean though, so my utmost to the maid she made it the best. Won’t stay here again.

Shower drain did not work. Could not get maintenance to help or staff to provide plunger. Nothing. So we had a stay without showers. Roach was in the floor little black hairs all over the bathroom and in drain. Tied to address it with manager she was not there after I was told that she would be Sunday mailing.
