The worse motel stay ever

The toilet flooded the entire room the entire stay and they refused to fix it, change our room, comp us, or anything else. So when we asked to at least make the one part of our room that wasn’t wet more comfortable and ask for a pillow and extra blanket, they said no and hung up on us. They then fixed the toilet the day we checked out, brought US towels, and asked us to clean it. I am so disgusted, disappointed, and they couldn’t have been more rude.

The lady that checked us in was really nice but the room had cockroaches and blood on the sheets. Then the housekeeper knocked on our door a half hour before checkout time and it was very inconveniencing!
