I had definitely the WORST hotel stay in my life, not because of the property but because of the people in the rooms around me - there were several families who seemed to be together. They had the MOST RAUCOUS kids running in the halls, screaming, SLAMMING the doors endlessly, without any parental control. I called the desk 3 times and NO ONE shut them down. It went on way past 10 pm and started again at 7 in the morning. I would have left if I had had another place to go. People who cannot control their kids need to be removed from the hotel. I PAID for a room to sleep in comfortably - instead I was enraged most of the evening, night no morning. I told the am desk person what happened and all she did was "apologize" which was useless. I really believe I am owed a REFUND for this hotel stay. Please consider doing so. Thank you.

I want to apologize for the guest that do not control their children. It is very hard for the staff to fix things when the adults do not care. We have called the police for assistance and they don't make the guest leave. I cant apologize enough. Weekends are very busy here with lots of families. We have a policy for our guest to be out of the halls by 10pm however not all guest follow the rules. Always continue to call the desk for assistance until the problem is solved. Again I am sorry.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, staff very friendly, only thing couldnt enjoy the hot tub because kids kept climbing the wall from the pool& jumping in and trying 2 swim in the hottub & spashing us!!

I want to apologize for the children that were not supervised. The children are not allowed in the hot tub under a certain age which the warning signs tell everyone. However some parents overlook the warnings. Always tell a staff member if you have any problem while staying with us. We can help to make you stay a great one.

I had problems with my reservation from the time I arrived until the day that I left. Also, I had to clean the jacuzzi tub myself because it wasn’t clean when I arrived then they didn’t clean the room not one day that was there even after I went up to them and asked if they would please clean the room

I am sorry you had problems booking your room. Thinking you had reserved a Jacuzzi room and it was a standard room is disappointing, being Valentines day and we were sold out of Jacuzzi room. I am not sure why your room was missed during the cleaning time, maybe the DND sign was out when the housekeeper passed or they were already gone when you were ready, either way I am sorry you did not get housekeeping. I a glad we were able to get you a jacuzzi room at the rate of the standard room. Please accept my apology.

Walls are paper thin and I could hear everything coming from the room ACROSS the hall as they were up all night long. I could hear clear conversations even with the door shut. Hairdryer in the room was broken and they do not have spares on hand.

I want to apologize for the guest that was up all night. I am sorry you could hear everything. Always let a staff member now about the noise so they can address it. In the hotel business orders are always on backorder I am sorry we did not have a hairdryer on hand.
