"This was our 3rd year here and just love it. Quiet, gorgeous views just an interesting place. Cupboards full of incidentals if you forgot a small item. Lots of cutlery and cooking items. Running out of different places to eat at in Durango. lol. & after trying 4 diff pizza places haven’t found one that was more than meh. Would love to have a tv in the 2nd bedroom on 1st floor. "

"This beautifully decorated home was by far the best place we've stayed in while skiing at Purgatory! The kitchen had everything needed for making delicious meals before and after long days on the slopes. Relaxing on the porch with views and sounds of Cascade Creek was amazing! The home was very comfortable with a warm, homey atmosphere. Mark was responsive and a delight to work with! Hope we're blessed to rent this home again!"

"First, the property management did an excellent job responding to the issues. The house is as spacious and pictures are accurate. The sauna is nice. Hot tub didn’t heat up, rooms didn’t cool down, and the driveway was so icy we ran into the bank (no damage & we were going slow enough to shovel out easily). Saw in the book later that they suggest parking cars at the top, but walking down would’ve been a serious hazard. We had to shovel our own snow on the patio to get to the BBQ grill as well as the lid of the hot tub (before we knew it wouldn’t work). If this place wasn’t so spendy, this would’ve gotten 4 stars. "
