Room was very quiet, downside is no maid service, no coffee anywhere and you've got to provide your own TP, soap, etc. once you run out. After my stay there I was able to find a better motel closeby for a couple dollars less with full maid service and free breakfast.

Staff messed up reservation. I booked for 2 nights. At check-in they only gave me 1 night. They refused to give me a room for the second night of my reservation which they confirmed. Staff was rude. Was left second night of trip searching for something else. This is an Extended Stay facility . Do not stay here otherwise. The photos shown on Expedia do not match the room given. Not very clean. . Was vacuuming at 12 midnight and walls are paper thin.
