🏠 The Home This thoughtfully designed 600 sq ft home is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open living area features cozy seating, a Smart TV, and fun LED strip lighting along the crown molding that adds a modern touch. Two garage doors at the front of the home open fully, creating a seamless connection between the living space and the outdoor patio on beautiful Colorado days. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and includes all essential cookware, appliances, and a dining table with seating for four. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds and quality linens, offering restful space for up to four guests. The bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a large, luxurious steam shower. Laundry is conveniently located in-unit, and the home offers central A/C and high-speed WiFi for year-round comfort.

Lovely decor and excellent use of the space! I appreciated the stone shower with various water options incl rain bath - and the hot tub - sauna completed the package. I used the grill mostly, which was convenient to the kitchen. Again - excellent reconfiguration of a once-upon-a-time 2-bay garage.
