Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a 13x9 pan and there wasn't. They offered to get one but my husband went to nearby Dollar General and got one. Overall it was a place that worked well for us and I do recommend it. Everyone has particular wants and it is difficult to meet them all. We like to cook our own meals rather than go out, others may not so dishwasher and lack of a pan may be no big deal. The property manager responded quickly when contacted.
