Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. They were very adamant about having a card on file for deposit 🙄. I would most definitely stay at this location in the future.

Room kind of worn out. There was a live bug in the bathroom. The ice machine was out of order and had to go to another floor to get ice. The people upstairs stormed around like a herd of elephants.

We recently stayed at the [Hotel Name/Location] and had an extremely disappointing experience. We were assigned two different rooms, and neither met basic standards of cleanliness. The conditions were, frankly, disgusting and embarrassing for a hospitality business. The most frustrating part of our stay was the response from the staff. When we brought these serious cleanliness issues to management's attention, the customer service was awful. We provided feedback hoping for a solution, but were met with indifference. We requested a full or partial refund due to the uninhabitable conditions, which was immediately denied. We have photographic proof of the state of the rooms and intend to share these images alongside this review on other travel platforms to warn potential guests.
