The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was dated and in need of dire repair. For the money spent, one would expect much better. Limited services (dining, coffee etc..) and off the beaten path. the grounds were lacking in care.

We arrived at 10 pm and a room wasn’t ready for us until an hour later. We weren’t the only family having to wait for them to clean a room.

Very poorly maintained. Room smelled strongly of mold and the paint was peeling off the interior walls in the rooms and bathrooms.

The bed frame was broken. Front desk guy ,tried to fix it but the bed skipped off the frame again. Terribly uncomfortable. The heater/ac unit had something in the blower motor and rattled all night every time the heater turned on. Worse hotle stay we've ever had.

The condition of the room was very disappointing. The comforter was stained ( with what?) and there is no in-room coffee amenities. 3 star rating is very generous. I would have stayed elsewhere if needing more than a 1 night stay.

Property is very old. I would not rate it a 3 star hotel. The beds were lumpy. Our toilet seat was just about ready to fall off. I was looking forward to a nice hotel on the river and yes, we were on the river. But it was not a 3 Star experience. I will say the staff were very nice. And if you are just looking for a place to crash with your family and pets after playing on the river it would be a good choice.
