Well to start we didn't get the room we rented that had a view of the river. We got a parking lot view that people hung out in partying a yelling till 1am. The room smelled funny. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet which made it awkward to use. The mirror in the bath was cracked. Told the front desk about it when we checked out and all they said was we will have someone take a look. Not happy with the stay and will not be going back.

The pool water was hazy and there was a brown ring around the pool which scratches off with your fingernail. There were no towels in the pool area on or second day. There were common area restrooms with no toilet paper, no soap, and I didn’t see a single hand sanitizer station that wasn’t empty. Overall the level of cleanliness didn’t match standards for normal times, let alone time during a pandemic.

Never get tired of the view. Everything was clean, comfortable and staff was very nice. Missed a coffee make. Hope it returns after COVID 19 is gone! Enjoyed dinner in the bar.

It was all remolded and all very clean and fresh! Only thing we didn’t care for is that there was no coffee in the rooms , you had to walk to the lobby to have your morning coffee!!!

This is not a bad place to stay. It's pretty basic. It has certainly lost it's identity. It's location is grand, it's interior doesn't match. There are 12 different styles going on. We tried to eat breakfast in the restaurant-but the service was terrible and the food in the buffet looked worse!!

The breakfast was over priced for a standard hotel style buffet. Hallway walls and stairwells were not very clean. Pool was dirty. Staff was rude and difficult to deal with, many communication issues during interactions.
