The condition of the room was very disappointing. The comforter was stained ( with what?) and there is no in-room coffee amenities. 3 star rating is very generous. I would have stayed elsewhere if needing more than a 1 night stay.

Property is very old. I would not rate it a 3 star hotel. The beds were lumpy. Our toilet seat was just about ready to fall off. I was looking forward to a nice hotel on the river and yes, we were on the river. But it was not a 3 Star experience. I will say the staff were very nice. And if you are just looking for a place to crash with your family and pets after playing on the river it would be a good choice.

Nice location, Reasonable rates, beautiful view of the river, Very nice and friendly staff, Bar and restaurant atmosphere externally pleasant and great food and clean room. The disappointment was the condition of the hotel. It is in great need of TLC. I don't believe it live's up to Red Lion Standards as I've stained in other Red Lion hotels. Toilet leaked when flushed window leaked, elevator need a lot of help wall repair/painting. It looked like something you see in a ghetto movie. there was a broken electrical plug in the room and the door to outside river view was very drafty. The hotel is in a very disappointing all around condition. Someone from corporate need's to go take a look. Will I stay there again? Well I'm not sure, but I will go visit the Restaurant and Bar when it town. I hope these comments reach their corporate office as it a shame to see such a otherwise nice place in that condition.

It was nice and quiet. However, the pool was out of service. This is a pattern with Red Lion. Need to bring back breakfast buffet for guests.

The river view was nice. Rest was dirty, bed not made, room not cleaned. Food on the floor and garbage cans not emptied.
