We were not able to check in until 3pm. The cleanliness of the room was just average. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. The breakfast was ok nothing special. The hotel ran out of HOT water the night before our Ironman race. We took cold showers. The water was fixed the next day. No offer was made to reduce the rate or compensate. I would not stay there again and would NOT recommend to others.

For a pet friendly hotel it is just fine, great mattress on a king bed, adequate and close in parking, the front desk spoke English with no accent or in a whisper or too fast, the only thing that needs improvement is the waffle batter, similar to cardboard -- would return and be happy
