This is an old property. First assigned room still had paint rags on the floor & closet doors off the hinges. 2nd assigned room had non-functioning TV. Desk agent did her best to rectify with no results although she was apologetic.

I hated eveything about are stay here. Are room was so dirty and damaged. We even found a previous guest medication in a night stand drawer. Several broken things in are room, towel rack was falling off the wall, the lights didnt work, coffee still in pot garbage under the bed. Let the night guy know and he said we would have to wait and talk to the manager in the morning, so we did, and the manger was very rude and unwilling to help us at all didnt seem to care at all I work at a quality inn, in my hometown and know a manger has more professional help then just saying he will have the owners call us. Witch we never received. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!

It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the room was not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Through guest feedback like yours, we are better able to address such issues quickly and to thus improve the guest experience for future visitors and for your own future visits.

Staff was friendly but untrained. There was practically no breakfast when there is a big sign outside advertising “Free Hot Breakfast”. There was no silverware to eat what breakfast was available. There were huge stains on our carpet in our room. There must be a major drainage issue. Because our bathroom sink and tub wouldn’t drain. Basically you’re standing in your own filth. We also found clothing items in our room from a previous guest. Beds were extremely hard. And the exterior was very unkept. Scratched paint and doors everywhere. The front door itself was disgusting. Sheets were the most uncomfortable and very minimal bedding.
