"Wonderful place to stay right on the water with its own boat ramp for such a convenient place to stay. Dollar store right up the way. And Houma 15-20 minutes drive. I’ve stayed multiple.times without any issues what so ever. I come to the area once a year and will always book this place. Good fishing right off the dock at night under the lights of the docks.Always enjoy the stay. "

"If you’re looking for a no-BS, fisherman’s paradise—this is it.Pelicans View Lodge checked every box for our crew. Two pull-in boat slips? Huge win. Private boat ramp? Even better. Plenty of parking so nobody’s playing musical trailers? Perfect.Best part though—fishing straight off the dock under the house. We were hauling in giant black drum like we actually knew what we were doing. Doesn’t get much better than cracking a cold one and catching fish 10 steps from the kitchen.Speaking of the house, it was dialed in. Super comfortable for all six of us, and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could actually cook instead of living off gas station snacks (well… mostly).Hosts were awesome too—quick to respond, easy to deal with, no headaches.Overall: great house, killer setup, and exactly the kind of place you want for a fishing trip with the boys. We’ll definitely be back."

"The camp was very clean and well furnished. It fit 10 guests very comfortably. There was plenty enough parking for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. "
