Studio apartment in the carriage house is cozy and clean, with plenty of room for 2 people and a pet. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district, and within walking distance of downtown. Having access to a spot in the garage is a big plus as well!

Carpet and elevator floor was very nasty. Floor in elevator was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Housekeeping did not clean room and we had to ask for towels. Operator license posted on wall expired in 2024 and elevator permit expired in 2025. Lobby and breakfast area were clean.

"Highly disappointed. Bed was worn out and super uncomfortable no support and what i call a “taco bed”….Shower/tub super slippery and roomed smelled like a wet dog. I want a refund. I did tell front desk the same…front desk person said they would tell someone of my complaints. Also doors and door knobs unsanitary and need to be cleaned. Area near vending machines smelled of human urine…truly not happy"
