Totally incompetent. OYO is not on the outside of the hotel. It is the name of the broker. The hotel is the Lincoln. Absolutely nowhere is that listed. How are you supposed to find it.
You have to have a smart phone to operate the TV. I don't. No one would come up and see if they could get my dumb mobile unit to work.
I went up and down the stairs three times despite my heart condition. No one bothered to help me.
The only thing good was that they gave me a refund without penalty.
Someone needs to teach these people motel marketing 101 and service.
