Room was.clean and very comfortable. Staff was distant as soon as they knew we were not interested in time share. Quiet area without direct access to the water. Sadley enough, the friendliest people were the bar/restaurant staff and they are not part of the Windham group. It was great to be there outside the seasons with few families , empty pools and no golfers:-)

There were kids above us jumping around rolling the chair from 8pm to 2:30 am reported at 12:30 am to front desk, she said she would say something she didn’t with her big ass , no accommodations, not even to switch our room , it’s sad , we come here multiple times a year ,

The hotel was clean and quiet. It has many dining and shopping options nearby. The pool and hot tub is clean. While the free breakfast was simple, it was very good. We traveled from Michigan to ride our mountain bikes at the local indoor bike park. The staff were fine with us bringing our bike into the room. Other hotels do not allow this. We will definitely consider booking here again.

I went to the front desk. 12:30am noise started after 8 PM above us. I asked the front desk if they can kindly do something about it. They said they would look into it. The noise repeatedly going on until after 2:30 am it was horrible, banging stomping nothing was done

Breakfast was adequate for a hotel Continental breakfast lots of variety. Room was clean and quiet. Pool area was kept clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia sold us a room saying we would have club lounge access, the hotel does not have a club lounge and the staff wasn’t sure why Expedia listed it that way. That should be changed, otherwise good value for the price.

I like the location was very nice the pool that Jacuzzi the friendliness of the staff very nice. The only thing I was only surprise when I had to pay an additional $50 per room for I guess maintenance or something. I was not aware of and the bathroom I loved the size of it but I feel that maybe they should have had a lock inside even though it was a barn door other than that everything else was great 👍
