We booked a Queen pet friendly months in advance but at checin was changed to a double pet friendly causing cramped conditions but managable. We yearly and hope to get the room type we book. Room 116 door was broke and front desk had to tighten screws. Room 116 door is quite a gab and should be fixed to crest a more secured feeling.

We needed budget friendly hotels for 1 night each on a road trip. This hotel worked for us. One downside was the hotel had over-booked our room, saying hotels.com had not reserved the room for us. They were able to find a comparable room for us so it was ok, but it was a little confusing and awkward. Breakfast was fine.

. The pillows could hardly be called pillows. They were flat and lumpy and only 2 pillows. I slept horribly the first night. The next morning I asked for our pillows to be replaced and he said they would but never did.

The room was clean and nicely updated. There was a fridge and microwave. My shower was perfect - lots of hot water. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast they offered was more generous than just a "continental" breakfast! They had waffles, fresh breads and bagels, cereals, teas and coffee. Fresh apples. Too bad there wasn't any gluten-free item that I could eat. Still, i appreciated that there was a thoughtful presentation of foods, and plenty of variety. You know what else was nice? The plants in the lobby! Nice touch. Someone was really caring for them, adn they looked healthy and great!

Staff were kind. The flickering light at the entrance to the main hallway felt a bit like a horror movie, but the room, TV, and bathroom were fine. It was a quiet stay, which I appreciated. The TV worked well (many hotels I’ve stayed at lately didn’t have working TVs). I ended up using my hotspot for internet because I would have had to pay to use the hotel’s WiFi. Breakfast options were cereal or waffles. No hot food options (eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy). We went elsewhere for breakfast, which was a little disappointing. Overall it was fine, though it seemed overpriced considering.
