Check in at the bar is ridiculous. They need to have a separate area for check-in. You feel like you’re interrupting the bartender in the middle of their work in order to get your room key while people are waiting for their drinks. It was very uncomfortable. we also called down for a few things for our room and they told us to retrieve them ourselves. They need more employees. I was very upset to have to walk all the way down to the bar/check-in to receive the items that were not in the so-called floor lockers. There is no exhaust fans in the bathroom. It made the room very muggy and moist on a hot summer day really needs to be upgraded with some ventilation.

Plenty of Moxy at the Moxy

Overall, it’s a great stay, especially if you’re going to a Reds game, Bengals game, or something at Heritage Bank Center. The only issue with the room was there are no USB outlets, only standard outlets. Made for a a problem since I don’t bring enough blocks since every hotel I’ve been in lately has had USB outlets installed. Overall, it’s a great place.

Room had no flat surfaces to place suitcases or anything! Room smelled a little misty from the ac. Proximity to ballpark and bridge was great. Ad said they had 2 restaurants. Not true. They offered microwave breakfast which they only had one left at 9 am. The welcome drink was vodka and flat club soda. I threw it out! They try to have a cool vibe. Bartender at night was great The check in and check out was quite long although the staff was very nice.

From checking in to check out the Moxy is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at for a getaway. The staff was so polite and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from The Great American Ballpark and nightlife. The hotel is very modern and clean. It has a boutique hotel vibe. We will definitely be going back.
Room 307 was spacious. Room safe tucked in a drawer under the bed. An area under the bed to store a suitcase.

Everyone was very nice. The only thing was the valet was not available when I wanted to leave in the morning. I literally had to walk into the garage to get my own car and they give the parking permit back to the front desk. So, like a regular garage, not valet. The room was very clean but no hand soap. The hotel has only been open 3 weeks, so maybe they are working out the kinks.

Spencer was awesome and Mark I believe his name was also. This hotel does not show some of its neat qualities online. Like pure water to drink in wall on the floors to fill up your cup with ice cold water ,electric shades in the windows. I took lots of pictures and now I gotta upload them online and is on my facebook. The only thing it lacks is ice or refrigerator.
