Fraudulent charges to credit card

The hotel charged my credit card with false charges. I called to ask for the receipt for the charges, they could not provide and told me that they were “additional taxes” I said ok, I want the receipt for the taxes, they could not provide the receipt. They also will not charge back my card for the amount that they charged without authorization. If you want your credit card to be charged and with rogue charges, then pick this location. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the highway and has poorly insulated windows. We paid extra for a suite just to find that all suites are facing the highway. I did not sleep all night.

Clean but lacks hospitality

The property was reasonably well kept inside. This is the first hotel we've needed in a while and I guess some places are no longer offering a free breakfast. If you want breakfast it is $7.95 per person at this location. It snowed while we were there and zero effort or attention was given to exterior ice control. The sidewalks and even the covered unloading zone was packed with snow and ice well into the next day. If you are looking for a clean place to stay, it is fine. If you are looking for hospitality, you won't find it here. Skeleton crew on site with no customer engagement. Even at the front desk.

Cold room - last stay

Checked out of hotel on Saturday instead of Sunday as scheduled. The room was very cold and I could not sleep well. Tried turning up thermostat but it did not warm the room. It actually got colder during the night. Very disappointed with this stay. The hallway was warmer than my room. Ended my trip early because I am no longer comfortable with the hotel.
