How do I find my flight number?
  • Scan your inbox after you've booked — there should be an itinerary for your upcoming flight. The flight number will be written on the first page of this document.
How early can you check bags for a flight?
  • Check-in and baggage drop times can vary between airlines. But if you're on an international flight, aim to be at the airport terminal around three hours before departure. Traveling domestically? Generally, you can check your luggage in one to two hours before takeoff. Take note — check-in typically closes an hour before departure for international flights and 45 minutes before for domestic ones.
If I am not able to travel due to COVID-19, can I change my flight to a later date?

Seats are way too small -the man next to me was partly on top of me and my seat. Staff was great. Thank you for having kosher food.

Huge line in Toronto. 4.5 hr flight and the only thing served was water and 3 friggin small crackers complete disregard and compassion for a person with health problems with a doctor's letter requesting extra leg room. 6 seats were left empty to accommodate but regardless of health you wanted to charge extra. Sick, greedy and sad come to mind

The website is not friendly at all, especially for selecting seats and check in issue and need to change for us passengers.

I would never fly them again. The plane was a little old and not up to date

No privacy between business class and other sections. Passengers allowed to congregate in the aisles with screaming children. Sears were cramped and broken plastic abounds. I paid $700 for this??? Awful, awful, awful. Do not book. The flight attendants tried their best, but it is a ghetto aircraft and a nightmare traveling with them.

Kunming airport makes transit passengers go through immigration to board connecting flights. Immigration officials are rude and don’t even know enough English to communicate.
