"This is a very rundown hotel. BUT it’s so convenient to the airport (I walked through the tunnel) and had such a lovely breakfast, that I would stay again if I ever have an early flight out of Bangkok. My only complaint is that I had paid extra for a room with a city view. When I asked to confirm that this was the room I was getting, the very kind woman at the desk said something about upgrading me and I would have a room near the elevator. I didn’t realize until I got to the room that I now had a view of the pool:( I was too tired to fight it."

"The hotel’s interior design is dim—honestly, so dark that it’s easy to trip and you can’t even see which floor button to press inside the elevator. All of the décor is overly outdated. The shower drain clogs and water pools while bathing. The hotel’s location, however, is excellent."
