Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was huge with kitchen, washing machine, living room and massive bath tub. It was the perfect place to explode our suitcases and enjoy some time relaxing when not out and about. The pool was lovely, enjoyed quite a few dips and being able to read and unwind on the pool deck. A 6 minute walk to the Phloen Chit market where we enjoyed lots of delicious street food eats alongside the locals. Close to Chit Lom station too, dining and shopping options a plenty. Very easy to walk to Central World too. Staff were always so lovely, really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bliston, even though the furniture is a bit outdated, the staff and the enormous space make up for it. The area is extremely safe with 24-7 security guards, plenty of dining and shopping options, and also there are multiple amazing monitor lizards in the creek outside!

Great Stay at the Bliston

Great location. Off the major Blvd but walking distance to a lot of locations. 2 transit stations near by. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Furniture is the most comfortable but not bad in any way. Would stay here again when visiting Bangkok.

The stay was fine up until the 13th night out of a 15 night stay. Toilet was backed up so we asked for a plunger. Plunger they provided was too big for the toilet so it didn't work. Called the front desk to ask for maintenance staff since we weren't able to resolve the issue. Maintenance came, used the plunger, and splashed the poop water EVERYWHERE. Then he came back with a smaller plunger, but it still didn't fix the problem. He apologized and left with the two plungers dripping from bathroom out the front door. After he left, I called the front desk but no one answered so I went down to the desk. The overnight front desk staff told me he already told my companion that we can use 1510's bathroom and gave me the key card. He said that they'll fix it tomorrow. Nothing was offered to clean it up the mess the maintenance staff made so I had to do it. The next morning, I called the front desk ~11a to follow up on having maintenance fix the toilet. They said no one can fix it until 2 days later and that we can just use 1510's toilet. I asked if there was another room we could move to and they said they'd have to check with their manager. They called back within an hour and said we could move to 1603. While packing, I received a call around 12:30p to ask when we're going to move because housekeeping has to clean our room so they can give us until 2p to move. No manager reached out and nothing was offered for this displeasing experience.

Arrived at midnight thinking we would not get in, but it has 24hr reception and security. When we got to the room, they had left us a few snacks, tea and coffee. The place was immaculate, spacious and well equipped and in a fabulous, safe and clean part of Bangkok. Could not fault this at all

The best compliment I can say is the rooms a room actually look like the advertised pictures. They are spacious, clean and views were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of malls, grocery, convience stores within walking distance and various food spots. The location is within 3-8 miles of the various palaces and nightlife but far enough away to avoid the congestion.

Every thing in the room worked properly, the TV, the fridge, the A/C and the rest of the appliances and services. Internet connection was fairly strong everywhere within the hotel including the gym and the far side of the pool. Everywhere inside the hotel was clean and well kept. Except for the bread, the breakfast was tasty, colorful, nutritious and decently varied without feeling excessive. Coffee and drinks were a good pair with the meal. Gym was Well equipped and everything works, swimming pool allows for swimming, clean and apparently well maintained. Stuff friendly and helpful. I’m struggling to find a “but”, but it was a really satisfying staying. All in all we spend a relaxing week at the Bliston, my 12years old daughter shares my thoughts.
