The stay was fine up until the 13th night out of a 15 night stay. Toilet was backed up so we asked for a plunger. Plunger they provided was too big for the toilet so it didn't work. Called the front desk to ask for maintenance staff since we weren't able to resolve the issue. Maintenance came, used the plunger, and splashed the poop water EVERYWHERE. Then he came back with a smaller plunger, but it still didn't fix the problem. He apologized and left with the two plungers dripping from bathroom out the front door. After he left, I called the front desk but no one answered so I went down to the desk. The overnight front desk staff told me he already told my companion that we can use 1510's bathroom and gave me the key card. He said that they'll fix it tomorrow. Nothing was offered to clean it up the mess the maintenance staff made so I had to do it. The next morning, I called the front desk ~11a to follow up on having maintenance fix the toilet. They said no one can fix it until 2 days later and that we can just use 1510's toilet. I asked if there was another room we could move to and they said they'd have to check with their manager. They called back within an hour and said we could move to 1603. While packing, I received a call around 12:30p to ask when we're going to move because housekeeping has to clean our room so they can give us until 2p to move. No manager reached out and nothing was offered for this displeasing experience.
