The hotel is in a fantastic area! The lobby was nice. For the money spent for two nights (almost $500), I feel the room was disappointing. The room, needs updating …heater/ air unit old, carpet old, television too little (32 inches), pillows too small, toilet sounded like it was running all night, curtains need sheer curtains along with the heavy curtains and the elevators were very slow.

Location was good. Room was a good size. Housekeeping is not good. First set of towels were skimpy and dingy. No one emptied garbage, changed towels, or provided toilet paper, coffee, cups for 4 nights and it was done only at my request.
