Hotel was new and clean and very well run. Only complaint would be pillows were a bit small and the pool was heated. David at the front desk was great and went out of his way to make sure we're comfortable and had everything we needed at check in.

The hotel overall was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable (although, the pillow size was weird for a king size bed). The breakfast had a nice variety and was good (the blueberry scones were delish). However, the fire alarm went off three times during our 4-night stay. Once after 11:00pm and twice before 10:00am. There wasn't much communication around it except for when our room set off the alarm for seemingly no reason (the only thing we could think of was maybe steam from the shower... which seems problematic if that's what happened all three times). It wasn't at the worst times, but it was annoying.

As far as the staff, total excellence! I needed to wash my son's uniform and the dryer wasn't working. They were quick to dry it for me and bring to the room. Amazing!!! As far as the beds, worst night sleep ever. For whatever reason, hardest beds! I have a chronic pain rib condition and I was in major pain all night. Just can't do a Hampton/Hilton hotel again.
