Great location, quiet, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The free breakfast needs a lot of help. Not many options & the taste of what’s available isn’t good. The mattresses need to be replaced in this hotel. They are hard & lumpy.

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class

Poor experience

reserved a king room for 2 - but ended up with an extra person. Asked for a roll away bed, but not available at this hotel, & room does not have a couch. Asked to switch to 2 queen beds, which there was a room available - BUT, because I used Hotels.com to book, I was told NO reservation changes could be made. So, I got to sleep on the floor. Lady at desk said she would send up extra blankets to make it as comfortable as possible - I received 1 sheet & 1 blanket. I felt the hotel was very unaccommodating - but I also learned my lesson - DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM to book a room.

Very nice fairly new Hampton Inn. Convenient to I-80 and the events we were attending. Rooms are small but nicely done. Breakfast didn't include meat every day, which was disappointing for the young athletes we were with.
