The indoor heated pool was not heated. I understand it was recently cleaned before we got there but it still should have been warm considering it was cold in the halls of the hotel. Also, that is solely the reason we stayed the night because my daughter really wanted to swim.

My sheets were dirty in the first room. They had pubic hair and stains on them. I called the front desk at 3:30, they said they can switch the room because they no longer had anyone from the cleaning shift on duty to come change my sheets. Room was changed, and the rest of the stay was fine.

Have had a great stay at Tinley Park location! Staff is very helpful! I have spoken with Jacob a few times regarding our stay, and our situation, and he has been ABSOLUTELY amazing! Definitely goes above and beyond! Hotel is very clean! Rooms are clean! I’ve been to hotels where the rooms smell musty, etc. not these rooms! They are clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The customer service was very poor and the young man that was at the front desk was not very help no friendly he was not courteous he was not happy he was very mad he made me feel like I did something to him and I did nothing to him he did not engage in the hotel policy. the oner all experience was very poor.
