Management is horrible, they yelled at guests for asking for a plate. Hotel overcharged for the room. When in the room it was musty smelling, a/c does not work. Room looks as if it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. Doors are broken and wore out. Breakfast price was not included nor was it presented before we had eaten. $40 for an ok breakfast is too much. Go to the dennys or local restaurant before this

First suite was dirty so sent to another room and it was also dirty. I went and bought cleaner and cleaned it myself.

Swimming pool was shutdown my entire stay. Excuse was that a pipe was broken. However, the pool looked clean. The hotel was overrun with large groups of teenagers that were there for a sporting event. Trash bins around the hotel were overflowing with trash. It was a very disappointing experience.

This is a beautiful pet friendly suite hotel. If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely stay there.
